Team leadership is a critical operational role, but it has been turned it into an impossible list of qualities that cannot realistically be achieved by an individual. 


My program helps leaders rediscover the five essential functions of effective team leadership and delivers fundamentals to perform them with excellence.

5 Functions of Effective Team Leadership

This three-week program demystifies team leadership, reminds participating leaders of the fundamentals that lead to outstanding team performance, and equips them with the elements for applying those fundamentals with excellence in their teams.


At personal level, this program will:

  • Free attendees form artificial complexity and rediscover the essentials of team leadership.
  • Provide a clear understanding of the true nature of teams as easily manageable systems.
  • Equip participating leaders to perform the 5 key functions that result in effective, agile and proactive teams. 


At organizational level, the process integrates leadership, promotes lateral sharing, enhances talent retention and increases the intellectual capital of the business.


The core training session is a dynamic, hands-on 4-hour process that set the stage for the transformation and integration of team leaders.


For the three weeks after the initial training, groups get personalized coaching and additional online group sessions to help them implement with excellence.
